UW–Madison event decor and entertainment
Bringing the Badger Spirit
From alumni gatherings and game days to residence hall welcomes and department celebrations, we’ve been part of UW–Madison events for over 15 years, on campus and all around town. Balloon decor, entertainment, and a big splash of red and white, all from one team.

ON, wisconsin!
We know our way around the UW
Over the years we’ve worked with many different departments across UW–Madison, so we know how things work. Every department plans its own events, with its own contacts and its own process, and that’s no problem for us. We know when and how to set up, on campus or across town, and we take the details off your plate.
One point of contact for decor and entertainment
Setup timed around your venue and your schedule
Badger-branded looks with plenty of photo moments
Students and guests who feel welcomed and celebrated
Red and white
A few of our favorites
graduation parties
Caps, gowns, and a whole lot of red
We love a graduation party. For a celebration at home, our Grab & Go pieces come ready to pick up from our Verona studio in red and white, or whatever colors your grad loves. Want something bigger, delivered and set up? Tell us about your party and we'll put together a quote.
Graduation weekends get busy, so reach out with as much time as possible.
one team
Decor and entertainment, together
Lots of people don't realize we do both. For big university events, we can bring the balloons and a whole crew of entertainers at once.
Common questions
Have you worked with UW–Madison before?
Yes, for over 15 years. We’ve brought decor and entertainment to alumni events, athletic events, department celebrations, residence halls, and graduations, on campus and all around Madison.
Can you do decor and entertainment for the same event?
Absolutely. You get one team and one point of contact. For big events, we can bring several entertainers at once, like face painters, balloon artists, and caricature artists, right alongside the decor.
Do you work with each department separately?
We do. Every UW department plans and books on its own, and we're used to it. We'll work directly with your team and follow your department's process.
How far ahead should we reach out?
With as much time as possible, especially for graduation season and big campus weekends, when things get busy.
