Common questions
Will it fit in my car?
Plan ahead on this one! Two garland segments need a completely empty SUV: no car seats, no shopping bags, no extra passengers. These take up more room than folks expect. A single segment fits much more easily. Make us your last stop, too, since balloons don't love a hot car.
When and where do I pick up?
From our Verona studio, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9 to 5. We'll confirm your pickup time when you order.
How quickly can I pick something up?
It depends on our schedule, so please reach out before heading over. We can't take walk-ins, but once we've confirmed availability, many Grab & Go pieces can be ready in under an hour.
How long will it last?
Kept inside, out of the heat and sun, your balloons will look great all weekend. Outdoors, sun and heat shorten that window, so they're best enjoyed for a shorter stretch.
What about bigger pieces?
Some of our decor, like columns, the 7 ft numbers and letters, and tabletop centerpieces, is delivery-and-setup only. If you've got your eye on something like that, take a look at our balloon decor.
