What goes into your delivery cost
There's no one-size-fits-all fee. Your quote is based on a few simple things.
Distance
How far you are from our Verona studio.
Amount and type of decor
A few columns or a whole room.
Framing and bases
Larger pieces need frames, bases, and weights.
Indoors or outdoors
Outdoor setups need extra securing for wind and weather.
Day and time
Early-morning and late-night installs cost a little more.

ceiling and hanging decor
Going up? We've got you.
For hanging and ceiling work, we start by looking for existing attachment points and use no-trace clamps and magnets wherever we can, so most of the time nothing permanent is needed.
If your space does need new rigging points, we'll identify exactly what's required and where, and walk through it together with you and your venue. For liability reasons we don't install permanent fixtures ourselves, but we coordinate the whole process so there are no surprises.
Overhead work takes a little more planning, so reach out early.

Common questions
Can you set up outdoors?
We can, with a little planning. Outdoor setups have an extra fee for the securing, weights, and weatherproofing that keep everything in place. Wisconsin weather is part of the plan, too. Sun and heat shorten how long balloons last, and cold and wind can be tough on them, so we time setup and placement accordingly.
How long will my decor last?
Kept inside, away from heat, sun, and drafts, a display happily lasts the whole weekend. Outside, sun, heat, cold, and wind all shorten that window, so we plan setup and placement around the forecast.
Can you deliver early in the morning or late at night?
Yes. The biggest wow moments happen when guests walk into a space that’s already transformed, so installs sometimes need to happen before doors open or after everyone’s gone home. We’ll work with you and your venue to find the right time.
What happens after my event?
For installations, we come back to collect the framing and bases, usually 24 to 72 hours later. Let us know your venue’s timing and we’ll plan around it.
