getting started
It starts with a feeling
Most people who come to us for custom design aren't picturing a specific balloon. They're picturing a feeling. The buzz when guests walk in. The moment a space stops looking like a room and starts looking like a celebration.
That feeling is what we create. Custom design is all about transforming your space, with every piece designed to bring your celebration to life. Tell us the energy you want in the room, and we'll figure out exactly how to make it happen.
what's possible
If you can dream it, we can build it
Corporate milestones
Grand openings
Street festivals
School events
Once-in-a-lifetime celebrations
We've brought custom balloon design to corporate milestones, grand openings, street festivals, proms and homecomings, and once-in-a-lifetime celebrations all around Madison and beyond. No two projects look the same. That's the point. Whatever you're celebrating, we'll create something made just for you.
how it works
How custom design works
Every space is different, so the best custom work starts with seeing it. For larger installations, we come to you. We walk the space together, talk through what you're celebrating, and figure out what will make the biggest impact.
Once we see the space and hear what you're picturing, we'll recommend what will work best, and then we'll create it.
That's where the fun questions come in:
✦ Do you want balloons overhead on the ceiling?
✦ Is there a stage to frame?
✦ Would a photo-op moment bring the room together?
✦ Do the tables need centerpieces?
✦ Are we matching a theme you already have in mind?
Family entertainment
Make it a whole event
Many of our custom installations come with even more fun. Because face painting, balloon sculpting, glitter tattoos, and caricatures all come from the same team, you can bring the decor and the entertainment together under one roof, with one point of contact.
Beyond balloons
More than balloons
Looking to add a little something extra? We can bring in trusted local partners for elements like lighted marquee numbers and letters and custom backdrops. They're a fun option when you want them, and an easy one to add, since we'll handle the coordination for you.
We regularly collaborate with Alpha-Lit Madison and Cedar & Spice on these pieces, so they're easy to bring into your celebration whenever you'd like them.
