Why it matters to us
We're a local, woman-owned business, and Tami is a proud Madisonian and a mom to three. Keeping our community clean and thriving isn't just good practice for us. It's personal. We love this city and its beautiful lakes, and taking care of the places we celebrate is part of how our whole team works.
So while we go big on the fun, we work hard to keep our footprint small. Here's how.
from the start
Better balloons, by design
It starts with what's in the balloon and carries through to how we use it.
Natural rubber, not plastic
Our professional-quality latex balloons are made from the sap of the hevea brasiliensis trees, also known as rubber trees. Lots of people assume balloons are plastic. Latex isn't.
Mostly air-filled
Most of our decor, like garlands, arches, and walls, is air-filled and built on frames. We save helium for the pieces that need to float.
No balloon releases, ever
Every balloon we use stays secured. Outdoor decor is weighted and anchored, so it stays right where it belongs and out of the sky, the lakes, and the landscape.

on the road
A fully electric ride
In 2023, we added a 100% electric delivery van to our business. Your balloons arrive with the same care and reliability you'd expect, just with zero tailpipe emissions along the way. It's one of the bigger steps we've taken to shrink our impact, and we're proud of it.
leave no trace
What happens after the party?
This is the part most people never think about, and it's the part we care about most. When your celebration ends, we collect and sort everything. Here's where it goes.
Reused
Yard stakes and anchors
Returned to us and used again for the next celebration.
Bases and framing
Collected after your event and reused for the next install.
Whole displays
Sometimes get a second life at a local retirement community, so the joy keeps going.
Recycled
Latex balloons
Collected and ground into a fine powder that's used to make athletic mats, rubber padding, and other rubber-based products.
Foil balloons
Sent to TerraCycle, where they're recycled much like candy wrappers and turned into pellets for new plastic products.
Leave no trace is our motto, and we mean it.

Celebrate green with us
Have balloons at home after the party? Here are three simple steps for cleaning up.
1
Pop it
Pop or deflate your balloons once the party's over. Never let them go outside.
2
Collect it
Gather every piece, ribbons and weights included, so nothing ends up where it doesn't belong.
3
Bin it
Toss it all in the trash, where nothing can blow away.

Championing responsible celebrations
We're a Proud Ambassador for the Coalition for Responsible Celebration. Through the Coalition, we help champion safe, sustainable celebrations and responsible balloon use across the industry.
