What size arch do I need?
Most customers choose the medium 22 ft arch. It suits most event entrances.
Doorway (19 ft): single doorways, cake tables, and small photo spots.
Medium (22 ft): main event entrances, double doors, head tables, and ballroom entries.
Extra-large (32 ft): festival entries, race finish lines, grand opening ribbon cuttings, and drive-throughs. It's big enough to drive a car through!

Classic or organic: what's the difference?
A classic arch is symmetrical and tidy, built with uniform balloons. It's the timeless look, perfect for entrances and ribbon cuttings. An organic arch is free-form and full of personality, mixing balloon sizes, foil accents, and unexpected color for extra texture and drama. Can't decide? Can I add foil balloons, a logo, or matching columns?
Yes! Foil balloons are $15 each. A name, logo, or themed foil is $25–$45, plus $15 for each foil balloon it's on. For a bigger entrance, an extra-large arch with two matching columns is from $810 (classic) or $1,170 (organic).
Can an arch go outside, and how long will it last?
Absolutely! Arches are a grand-opening and finish-line favorite. Outdoor setups carry an extra fee, since they need extra securing, extra weight, and weatherproofing, and we'll help you pick a spot with shade and wind in mind. Indoors, an arch easily lasts the weekend. Outside, sun and heat shorten that window, so we time setup as close to your event as we can.
